Does my venue need internet?
No. Although it is always good if the venue provides WiFi, cell-phone service will work just as well. Please make sure there is cell service in the venue area.
How long will it take to receive our videos/images?
For the Video Guestbook, you can expect to receive your edited video within 4-6 weeks after the event.
For the Moments service, you will have access to them instantly on your Portal!
What if I lost my videos/images?
We store your content on the cloud for up to a year after the event date. Please reach out if you need another copy.
Is it possible to get the raw unedited videos(Video Guestbook)?
Absolutely! Please reach out and we can send you the unedited content.

Do you offer Military discounts?
Yes. We offer 15% off for those who are currently serving or have served. Please contact us before you order.
How close to my event can I book?
Give yourself at least 3 weeks. Depending on how you choose to hand out the QR Codes, it may take less.
How difficult is it to use the Video Guestbook and Moments?
Not at all. For the Video Guestbook, simply scan the QR Code that will link you to your unique event page and hit Start when ready!
For Moments, scan the QR Code that will link you to your unique event page, tap the upload button, select your photo's/videos and click submit.
Do you offer a physical booth for our event?
Not yet. But we are actively working on this!
